Math was always my favourite subject at school, which is why I decided to study Mathematics at university, where I recently graduated with a first class degree. At GCSE, I received a grade 8 (A*) and at A-level, I received a grade A, and I achieved this mainly by doing every exam question that I could get my hands on. Practice makes perfect after all! At university I was part of the math's society committee, and I loved being able to organise socials for people with similar interests.
I have about 2 years of experience with the online tutoring industry, so I am confident in not only helping increase a student's mathematical ability, but also boosting their confidence on dealing with tricky exam questions. Personally, I am a very visual learner, so I find that when problems are written down or illustrated for me, it makes more sense.
Planning and delivering online mathematics lessons to a variety of ages between 13-18, both one-to-one and in small groups.
Writing reports of each lesson and tailoring the lesson to a student's specific needs.
