I have been tutoring for nearly 3 years, driven by my own positive experiences as a student attending a tuition center during my childhood. Witnessing my students not only improve academically but also gain confidence brings me immense joy and motivates me to continuously strive for their success.

As a tutor, I strongly believe in the importance of building my students' confidence and equipping them with transferable skills that will empower them throughout their academic journey. Seeing them grow not only in knowledge but also in their ability to approach challenges with resilience and critical thinking is truly rewarding.

Having personally experienced tutoring, I deeply understand the feelings and needs of my students, allowing me to tailor my lessons to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. My own achievement of scoring in the top 16% of participants in the UCAT exam can be attributed to the invaluable support I received from my tutor at that time.

In preparation for each lesson, I prioritize the topics highlighted by the students and their parents as areas for improvement. I develop a comprehensive set of questions that cover various difficulty levels. To optimize our time together, I also assign independent study tasks to be completed outside of our sessions.

At the beginning of each lesson, we review our planned agenda, taking into consideration the student's preferences and areas they wish to focus on. We engage in worked examples to solidify understanding and progress to student-led questions, empowering them to take an active role in their learning journey.
