Born and raised in the south of England, John developed a passion for three things: cricket, acting, and mathematics. His enthusiasm for the latter led him to pursue a university degree, culminating in a doctorate in engineering. During his academic journey, he discovered a deep passion for teaching, which naturally guided him from research into the classroom. John spent five fulfilling years teaching in South Wales before embarking on an international teaching opportunity in the Caribbean. However, his strong connection to South Wales ultimately drew him back, where he established himself as a dedicated private tutor. Having always valued the personalised approach of one-to-one tuition, John finds great satisfaction in building strong rapport with his students and providing tailored support to help them succeed.
